since i've been taking the beatles class this semester, it seems i've got the beatles on the brain

...all the time.

but it's the beatles after the beatles, you know, after they broke up.

(why have a class on that right? "yeah, they beatles were the most amazing group, let's see what they did after!")

anyways, i've been most fascinated by john lennon, because well,

paul: you're cool.

george: i'm distracted by your beard. but you play a mean sitar.

ringo: really?! all you've got going for you is the time you were the narrator for thomas the tank

in thinking, reading, listening to and writing about john lennon, something struck my memory.

one of my all time favorite movies.

forrest gump.

genius.

and this is just because i like it and admire him for being a family man.
